Fast and Easy Maintenance Plan for Table Top Beer Dispensers

We get the call at Beer Tubes everyday. "I need more taps for my beer tower!" For us, that's not always a bad call. It typically means one of two things…either you're Beer Tubes are being used so much, that they need a replacement (that's actually a GOOD thing) or the tap was damaged during cleaning/storage or even by an unruly customer (we'll call this the BAD stuff).

Breaking up is hard to do.

If you own a bar or restaurant, it's probably no secret that the tableware and barware you purchase does its best to survive in a very harsh environment. Stuff gets broken. The key is determining WHY it's getting broken. Misuse, negligence, stupidity are not reasons that bar owners tend to enjoy, especially when they know full well how much this stuff actually costs. So while Beer Tubes can't prevent mishaps, what we can do is make it convenient (and cost-effective) to address these issues when they do (and they will) occur.

One of the key elements to our Beer Tube beverage tower design is the interchangeability of the parts. It is common in the table top beverage dispenser industry to see units sold as complete units. One size fits all. Buy the whole thing and if it breaks…buy another one. We don't see it that way. Our approach is only fix what needs fixin'. And because all of our parts and accessories are interchangeable, you can simply replace a broken tap with a new tap or a lost lid with a new lid. It's a simple and cost-effective way to maintain your Beer Tubes program and keep the units where they belong–on the tables filled with cold beer.

We also want to remind you that we're here for you... literally. Too often when customers contact us they mention that they've “got a few of these Beer Tubes that aren't working.” When we ask why, a common answer is that some taps are broken or they don't have lids. This makes our customer service department very sad, because it's an issue that's SO easy to fix. It's as easy as calling us or emailing us and just telling us what you need. Our goal is to get those beer towers up and running…and making you more money on your draft beer sales!
