We offer a 90 day guarantee of product defects and a free replacement of any defective parts (tube, tap, base, etc.). We will need an email sent to email@example.com along with an explanation and digital photograph of the problem. We reserve the right to request to see any broken part. We do not cover broken parts that are due to abuse or using the product in a manner for which it was not intended. We cover shipping and handling on parts that are deemed to be defective. Customer is responsible for initial shipping if we request to see the product, and will be refunded if the product is deemed defective.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost and applicable taxes. Items should be returned in their original packaging and a 20% restocking fee may be imposed if all items and packaging are not returned. We do not refund shipping and handling, nor cover shipment cost to be returned.
