Beer Tube Basics–Keeping Your Beer Tower Cold

Sometimes it’s a good idea to get back to basics and examine the building blocks of your products/services–in our case a tower of beer. We sell beverage towers to bars/restaurants, beer wholesalers, promotional companies, distributors and individuals. Our product aims to enhance the customer experience in bars/restaurants–whether it’s called a Beer Tube, a beer tower, or a beertube. The concept is rather simple–it’s a “fancy pitcher” that gets noticed, is fun to use, and enhances the social aspect of sharing a cold drink.

However being so close to the product and the market sometimes results in our communications (i.e. our blog) straying away from the fundamental messages we like to share with our Beer Tube customers. Fill. Pour. Enjoy. That’s basically it.

We’ve also recently noticed some customer feedback focusing on how to keep a beer tower cold. In our continuing efforts to educate Beer Tube users on the proper procedures of filling, serving and chilling their towers, we’d like to refer to a blog post from January 2013 that focuses on keeping the beer cold when serving it from a table-top beverage dispenser.

There are many ways to enhance the customer experience in your establishment, but often poor execution of the concept results in a less than desired result. We hope that this (and all of our educational materials) makes it easy for our clients to implement a successful (and profitable!) beer tower program into their bar/restaurant. That’s why we don’t stop at product delivery. We back it up with educational materials like our “how to videos” and are always available to address your questions.

We understand that it can be challenging to introduce a new way of doing things, but the benefits of the Beer Tube concept can far outweigh the minimal time/effort it takes to get things started–especially with the extensive knowledge, resources, and education available to you.
